When is a Trust Included?

Not everyone needs a Trust, and we only recommend one where it genuinely adds protection, flexibility or greater control.

Many of the Estate Planning options above can include a Will-based Trust where appropriate. We'll explain the advantages, answer your questions and only recommend a Trust if it suits your personal circumstances.

Government Registration Fees

Each Lasting Power of Attorney must also be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian before it can be used.

The current registration fee is £92 per LPA (correct at the time of writing). These fees are set by the Government and are payable in addition to our professional fees.

Some people may qualify for reductions or exemptions depending on their circumstances.
